SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE & LONDON, UK; MONDAY, 3 JUNE 2019 – BandLab Technologies today announced it has completed its acquisition of UK media brands NME and Uncut. The deal includes the brands’ social, digital, print and experiential assets, including the archives of the historic Melody Maker brand.

All 17 staff members transferred and will continue to be based in the Blue Fin Building, London. The next edition of Uncut will be on newsstands Thursday, 13 June 2019.
